Life in moderation can turn out to be a misery at 50 ...

We Indians by virtue of our upbringing, lifestyle and many other such parameters are made habitual to living in limits. A child from kindergarden is told life is all about living in limits - ' kid, be careful you will brake the toy. I wont get you another one' , in school : 'child , if you fail in this rat race, you wont be able to make it to science which is one of the most hap things right now', in college : ' child, study for 15 hours, you wont make it to a good med/engg school' and the story just goes on and on. Result is a kid scared of failure keeps fighting for suvival and forgets about success , happiness, dreams . Only thing person is left with is dreams of parents to beat the rest and survive in bad competition. The same thing was projected in 3 idiots..

Something on lines of 3 idiots, i realised in My MBA program. After the tough admission process, day 1 of induction and the Dean says , "Guys pls dont run behind the grades, focus on learning". I found it weird thinking how will companies measure us at the time of placements, but by the time the placements came, i understood the depth of those words!!

Innovation and creativity comes when you love the job you do. Break all the rules, taste every thing in life, dont let off the dreams because of societal/peer pressure !! Life is too small to compromise... Just set the goals in front of you and do whatever you fear of the most. accepting and beating the fears is hardest for anyone but once you do that, nothing can make you feel low! but its also said, no point in getting promotion, on the day of break-up! So , first set the grounds no matter how tough the path be, never let pass the things/person you love the most! Because eventually you realize, things/person you love the most is the greatest motivation in anyone's life.

I believe success is 'when u r at 50 , u smile and say i have attained things i always wanted to in my life'.
